1. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating a parent account you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are either the child's parent or legal guardian. If you are not, you must not create an account.

By checking the acceptance box on the sign-up form or by continuing to use the App after we announce an update, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of the service

With My Little EYE is a hidden-object learning game that helps young children practice vocabulary, letter recognition, and spelling. A parent creates a parent account, purchases the one-time family unlock, and then creates and manages one or more child profiles. Children play by finding labelled objects in illustrated scenes, hearing the word spoken, and following an on-screen spelling ribbon.

The App is delivered via a public web preview URL and (soon) native mobile apps for iOS and Android.

3. Parent account responsibilities

• Keep your email password and parent PIN secret. Do not share.
• Supervise your child's use. The App is a learning aid, not a substitute for adult presence.
• You are responsible for any activity on your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or paywalls.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download content beyond ordinary personal use.
• Use the App to store or transmit unlawful, hateful, or infringing content (e.g., a nickname that is a slur).
• Impersonate another person or account.
• Interfere with other users or the security of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

5. Purchases and family unlock

Every parent account must complete the one-time family unlock before any child profile can play. There is no free-tier gameplay, no demo mode, no ad-supported tier, and no in-child purchases.

• Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
• The published price is displayed on the purchase form before you confirm. Any future price change applies only to new customers — existing unlocked accounts keep access at no additional charge.
• Sandbox at launch. Until we announce live payments, the purchase form runs in sandbox mode (no real charge). Sandbox unlocks are also non-transferable and will be re-issued to the same account when live billing is turned on.
• Refund policy. A 30-day, no-questions refund is available by emailing support (see contact section below). Where a longer statutory cooling-off period applies (for example, some EU jurisdictions), the statutory period governs.
• Household use. One unlock covers every child profile on a single parent account. Sharing login credentials across households is not permitted.

We will provide clear notice on the Purchase screen and by email before enabling live payments.

6. Intellectual property

• All artwork, mascot design ("Ollie the Owl"), audio recordings, level design, and code in the App are original works created for the App.
• The App name and design are the property of the operator.
• You keep any rights to the nickname you choose for your child profile; by using the App you grant us a limited licence to display it back to you inside the App.

7. No medical or developmental claims

The App is an entertainment and learning aid. It is not a diagnostic tool and makes no claim to treat, prevent, or assess any developmental or learning condition. If you have concerns about your child's development, consult a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Privacy → Delete account). We may terminate accounts that materially breach these Terms, after giving reasonable notice where practical. If we terminate an unlocked account for reasons other than material breach, we will refund the family-unlock fee on a pro-rated basis.

11. Dispute resolution and governing law

12. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. When we do we bump the version number at the top and require every existing parent to re-accept on next login.
